NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, Richmond COUNTY THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Irene Canada to Nationwide Lending Group, Inc. dated 07/31/84, recorded in Deed Book 187, Page 2390, Richmond, County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee for VM Trust Series 3, a Delaware statutory trust by assignment recorded in Deed Book 1493, Page 1870, Richmond County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $65,500.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified check only before the courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on October 6, 2015, the following described property: All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, and being known and designated as Lot 16, Block "J", Section II-D, of Kingston Subdivision, being more particularly shown on a plat of said subdivision which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 39-Q, Pages 927-928, to which plat reference is hereby made for the purpose of providing a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds, courses, distances and location of said property. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
