NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, RICHMOND COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Nastassia B. Haynes and Lucretia Haynes to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Security Atlantic Mortgage Co. Inc. dated 9/26/2007 and recorded in Deed Book 1145 Page 2447, Richmond County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, doing business as CHRISTIANA TRUST, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for BCAT 2014-4TT, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 95,402.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on October 06, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All that lot, tract or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the 1660th GMD, Augusta/Richmond County, State of Georgia, said tract fronting on the South side of Plantation Road and is shown and designated as Lot 18, on a certain plat prepared for Howard-White Development Corporation by Charles T. Alexander and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Augusta/Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Reel 29, pages 445-453, the lot herein being shown on page 450 thereof. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds, and location of said property commonly known as 2426 Plantation Road, Hephzibah, GA 30815 Said property is conveyed subject to any and all applicable covenants, easements, reservations, and restrictions of record. Tax Id No. 179-0-096-00-0 The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
