NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PER O.C.G.A. § 48-4-46 TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 165 in the 7th District and 5th Section of Haralson County, Georgia, as shown on a plat prepared for John G. Green, Jr. by Jacob Rolland Harrsion, RLS # 1134, dated August 4, 1965 and recorded in Haralson County Plat Book 9, Page125. Said property being the same property as Subdivided Lots 134 and 135 shown on the plat of R. L. Hudson Subdivision, which is recorded in Haralson County Plat Book 1, Page 58. Said property is presently addressed as 26 Garrett Avenue, Bremen, GA 30110 and bears tax identification number BR08 007A. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 26th day of September, 2015.
