CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COWETA IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Darrell B. Pleasant and Jonnice Y. Pleasant to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB, its successors and assigns, in the original principal amount of $219,554.00 dated 03/14/2008, and recorded in Deed Book 3326, page 201, Coweta County records, said Security Deed being last transferred and assigned to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company in Deed Book 4090, page 479, Coweta County records, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in said County, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday of October, 2015 by Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, as Attorney-in-Fact for Darrell B. Pleasant and Jonnice Y. Pleasant the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 229 of the Second Land District/Coweta County, Georgia, being more particularly identified as Lot 9, containing 3.46 acres, all as shown on final plat of Trammell Woods recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 177-179, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court. Property known as: 121 Robinson Rd., Moreland, GA 30259 The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt having been declared due and payable because of default in the payment of the indebtedness secured thereby, this sale will be made for the purposes of paying the same and all expenses of sale, including attorney's fees, (notice having been given as provided by law). The property will be sold as the property of Darrell B. Pleasant and Jonnice Y.
