DODSON to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR SILVERTON MORTGAGE SPECIALISTS, INC dated August 25, 2010, filed for record August 31, 2010, and recorded in Deed Book 2760, Page 471, GLYNN County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. by assignment recorded in Deed Book 3391, Page 400, GLYNN County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated August 25, 2010 in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($173,594.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at GLYNN County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, the following described property: ALL OF THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 1356TH, GM DISTRICT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA CONTAINING 0.272 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN AND DESCRIBED AS LOT NUMBER 76, PHASE 1 A, THE PLANTATION AT GOLDEN ISLES ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY M. JERRY TOMBERLIN, JR., GRLS NO. 2942, DATED JUNE 29, 2008 AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT, GLYNN COUNTY IN PLAT CABINET 30, PAGE 466-468. THIS BEING A PORTION OF THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED FROM SUNDOWN PROPERTIES, INC., TO ESTATE OF GOLDEN ISLES, LLC BY WARRANTY DEED DATED FEBRUARY 25, 2008 AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA IN DEED BOOK 2391, PAGE 417. THIS DEED IS GIVEN SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, IF ANY. PARCEL #03-22863 To the best of the knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is CHRISTOPHER T. DODSON or a tenant or tenants. Said property may more commonly be known as: 233 VICTORIAN LAKE DRIVE, BRUNSWICK, GA 31525. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan.
