Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of GLYNN. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by KATHLEEN S STOKES to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ("MERS") AS NOMINEE FOR AMERIS BANK , dated 01/31/2013, and Recorded on 02/01/2013 as Book No. 3109 and Page No. 451-459, GLYNN County, Georgia records, as last assigned to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $152,192.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the GLYNN County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, the following described property: ALL OF THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF BRUNSWICK, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND IN THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION THEREOF KNOWN AS SECTION ONE OF LAKE FOREST MANOR, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AND IDENTIFIED ACCORDING TO A PRINT OF A PLAT THEREOF MADE BY ATWOOD M FREEMAN, GEORGIA REGISTERED SURVEYOR NO 533, ON APRIL 15, 1960, AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PLAT DRAWER 9, MAP 316, AS LOTS NUMBER 1 AND L-1 SAID REAL PROPERTY IS THE SAME REAL PROPERTY CONVEYED BY A DEED DATED DECEMBER 1, 1964, FROM JEKYLL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, AS THE FIRST PARTY, TO WILLIAM F AUSTIN AS THE SECOND PARTY, RECORDED IN SAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN DEED BOOK 12K, PAGE 291 REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO SAID PLAT AND TO THE RECORD THEREOF FOR FURTHER PURPOSES OF DESCRIPTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF SAID REAL PROPERTY AND FOR ALL OTHER PURPOSES.
