STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY of GLYNN NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from PAULA M. PORTER to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR HOME123 CORPORATION dated December 22, 2006, filed for record January 11, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 2133, Page 399, GLYNN County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC by assignment recorded in Deed Book 3400, Page 445, GLYNN County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated December 22, 2006 in the original principal sum of SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($67,875.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at GLYNN County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF BRUNSWICK, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND IN THAT CERTAIN SECTION OF SAID CITY WHICH IS KNOWN AS CALLED NEW TOWN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP AND PLAN OF THE CITY OF BRUNSWICK, GEORGIA, BEING: ALL OF THE EASTERLY 79 FEET OF NEW TOWN LOT NO. 2385 AND ALL OF THE EASTERLY 79 FEET OF NEW TOWN LOT NO. 2386; SAID PORTIONS OF LOTS LYING TOGETHER AND FORMING ONE PARCEL OF THE OVERALL DIMENSIONS OF 60 FEET BY 79 FEET, AND WHICH FRONTS FOR 60 FEET ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF WOLF STREET IN SAID CITY, AND WHICH PARCEL IS BOUNDED AS FOLLOWS: TO-WIT: EASTERLY FOR 60 FEET BY THE WESTERLY LINE OF WOLF STREET; NORTHERLY FOR 79 FEET BY A PORTION OF NEW TOWN LOT NO. 2387; WESTERLY FOR 60 FEET BY OTHER PORTIONS OF NEW TOWN LOT NOS. 2385 AND 2396; SOUTHERLY FOR 79 FEET BY A PORTION OF NEW TOWN LOT NO. 2384. To the best of the knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is PAULA M. PORTER or a tenant or tenants. Said property may more commonly be known as: 1715 WOLFE STREET, BRUNSWICK, GA 31520. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
