Notice Of Sale Under Power
Under power of sale contained in a security deed from Hollis F. Hodge and Janice H. Hodge to Bank of Upson n/k/a SouthCrest Bank, NA, dated July 18, 2007, recorded in Deed Book 714, page 273, Clerk's Office, Pike Superior Court, said security deed having been given to secure a Note, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Pike County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, the property described as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements located thereon presently known as 764 Hood Road, containing 2.00 acres, lying and being in Land Lot 238 of the First Land District of Pike County, Georgia, as shown on plat of survey prepared by Robert A. Moreland, Registered Land Surveyor No. 1891, dated February 15, 2002, recorded in Plat Book 19, page 146, Clerk's Office, Superior Court, Pike County, Georgia.

The note is declared due because of non-payment. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees.
To the best knowledge of the undersigned the property is in the possession of Hollis F. Hodge and Janice H. Hodge and it will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes and/or assessments and any easements or restrictions of record, having priority over this security deed.
