POWER OF SALE Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Vachel Reese and Veronica Reese to Marshland Community Federal Credit Union fka Glynn Teachers Federal Credit Union, dated September 26, 2005, securing a promissory note in the original principal amount of $162,000.00, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia at Deed Book 1780, Page 299, there will be sold at public outcry before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in September, 2015, between the legal hours of sale by Marshland Community Federal Credit Union, as attorney-in-fact for Vachel Reese and Veronica Reese the following described real property to-wit: ALL that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, as shown upon a plat of survey entitled "SOMERSBY POINTE SUBDIVISION, PHASE ONE", dated March 29, 2001, and prepared by Michael A. Hussey, Georgia Registered Surveyor No. 2509, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Plat Drawer 27, Map No. 115, as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED TWO (2) OF SOMERSBY POINTE SUBDIVISION. Reference is hereby made to the aforesaid plat and to the record thereof for all purposes of description and identification and for all other purposes allowed by law. Said property will be sold as the property of Vachel Reese and Veronica Reese to satisfy the indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt, together with interest and penalties due thereon from said date until paid. Said indebtedness is in default and has been declared due and payable in full. The proceeds arising from sale of said property will be applied as provided in said Deed to Secure Debt. The address of the property is: 407 Wellington Place, Brunswick, GA 31523. Said property will be sold subject to the following: Any and all ad valorem taxes or other assessments owing thereon, and other liens or security deeds which may be superior to said Deed to Secure Debt; all prior restrictive covenants, easements, rights-of-way or encumbrances; all valid zoning or other laws or ordinances; and matters which would be disclosed by an accurate inspection and survey of the property. To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the Grantors are in possession of the property. The purchaser shall pay for all costs and attorney's fees incident to the foreclosure, including Georgia Real Estate Transfer Tax, except such costs and attorney's fees as are chargeable to the Grantors under the terms of said Deed to Secure Debt.
