NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT TO REDEEM

TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 192, of the Second Land District, of Rabun County, Georgia and being more fully described as Tract 8A, containing 1.73 acres, more or less, of land; Tract 8B, containing 1.74 acres, more or less, of land; Tract 8C, containing 1,73 acres, more or less, of land, all as more particularly described upon that certain plat of survey prepared by William F. Rolader, GRLS No. 2042 and recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 21, Clerks Office, Rabun Superior Court, reference to said plat being for the express purpose of incorporating its description herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tract or parcel of land, with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever in FEE SIMPLE.
As described in Deed Book F-29, Page 642 & Deed Book T-22, Page 425. Further described as Map & Parcel 058A 502.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 26th day of September, 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of June, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the clerk of the Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia, in Deed Book A-41, at Pages 646-647.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 21st day of September, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
