NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT
TO REDEEM
TO: Estate of Judson Thompson & Heirs known & unknown of Judson Thompson, 5870 Chopped Oak Church Road, Toccoa, GA 30577.
TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 14 of the Second Land District of Rabun County, Georgia and being more particularly described as follow to-wit:
For a full and complete description of the real property being hereby conveyed, reference is hereby had and made to plat of survey dated June 6, 2000 and prepared by William F. Rolader, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2042. Said plat depicts Tract 1, containing 0.92 acres, more or less. The real property being hereby conveyed is Tract 1 containing 0.92 acres, more or less. Said plat is of record in Plat Book 45, Page 76, in the Office of the Clerk of the Rabun County Superior Court. Reference to said plat and the record thereof is for the express purpose of incorporating herein it's description of Tract 1 as depicted thereon.
This is a portion of that Tract shown in Plat Book 37, Page 32 in the Office of the Rabun Superior Court, per plat there is also conveyed a perpetual, non-exclusive road right of way easement over and across a sixteen (16) foot side gravel drive and the extension of the same to the public road system of Rabun County, Georgia. Subject to: all easement & restrictions of record, if any.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tract or parcel of land, with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenences thereof, to the same being, belonging, or in otherwise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever in FEE SIMPLE.
As described in Deed Book W15, Page 604. Further described as Map & Parcel 032C029.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 21st day of September, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated October 1, 2013 and is recorded in Deed Book J-40, Pages 537-538, Clerk's Office Rabun County Superior Court, Rabun County, Georgia.
