CLASS:015 NOTICE OF LEVY ON LAND STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COWETA TO: FRANK L. NEELY, JR., DEFENDANT IN FI FA Public notice is given, in satisfaction of a judgment entered in Coweta County Superior Court, Case Number 2011-CV-230, The Bank of Georgia vs. Frank L. Neely, Jr., on May 25, 2011, that: Mike Yeager, Sheriff of Coweta County, will on September 1, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., at the Courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia, sell to the highest bidder for cash the following described premises situated in Coweta County, State of Georgia. The sale will be subject to general taxes, special assessment or special taxes levied against such real estate and any prior first mortgages. The subject property is offered for sale without any presentation as to quality or quantity of title or recourse to plaintiff. On the sale's completion and the purchaser tendering a bid in cash or certified funds, a receipt of sale will be issued, or a certificate of sale as required, which will entitle the purchaser to a deed on court confirmation of the sale. The subject property is described as follows: All those tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 90 of the First Land District of Coweta County, Georgia designated Tract C, containing 7.304 acres, and Tract F, containing 8.619 acres on that plat of survey for Mrs. Frank Lee Neely, Sr. dated 1-2-97, prepared by John R. Christopher, Registered Land Surveyor, and of record in Plat Book 69, Page 95, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County, Georgia, reference to which is hereby made for a more particular description of the tracts herein conveyed.
