Identified as Tax Parcel No. 166 1287 128. (herein the “Propertyâ€) Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 2nd day of October, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is from J.T. Ferrell, as Tax Commissioner/Ex-Officio Sheriff of Coweta County, Georgia to Coweta County, Georgia, dated the 6th day of July, 2010, recorded on December 9, 2010, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3626, Page 868; subsequently transferred by Quit Claim Deed from Coweta County, Georgia to Chadwick Homes, Inc., a Georgia Corporation, dated June 16, 2015, recorded on June 18, 2015, in Deed Book 4231, Pages 386-387, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia.
