NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, PIERCE COUNTY THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by BILLY P. SATURDAY to AMERIS BANK dated October 2, 2007, recorded in Deed Book 645, Page 130, Pierce County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the amount of Thirty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($33,500.00) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Pierce County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2015, the following described property: All that lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 6 of the 9th Land District and partially in Land Lot 116 of the 8th Land District of Pierce County, Georgia, consisting of two acres and being all of Lots 1 and 2 of Sweetwater Acres Subdivision Phase 1. Reference is made to the Plat of said subdivision, dated November 28, 1984, which is of record in Plat Book 12, Page 28, in the office of the Clerk of Pierce County Superior Court, and same is incorporated herein for all legal purposes. Address: 2506 Ricky Ln., Blackshear, GA 31516, Tax Map or Parcel ID No.: 037A-062 Together with a security interest in a 1986 Summit Mobile Home, Serial No. H52584G. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in said Security Deed and by law, including attorneys fees (notice of intent to collect attorneys fees having been given). Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and payable), any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above.
