Notice of Right to Redeem Real Property from Tax Sale
Lot E, 0.84 acres, Land Lot 75, 10th District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia

To: James T. McKnight and any other parties with an interest in the captioned real property.
Please Take Notice:
That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying in the 10th District and 2nd Section of Gilmer County, Georgia and being part of Original Land Lot 75 and being Lot E, containing 0.84 acres, more or less, as per Plat made in March 1973, by Greer Dover, Gilmer County Surveyor. Plat is recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 156, in Gilmer County Records for reference to specific boundaries of this lot. Lot is located at Hill Lake.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of September, 2015.
The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated August 5, 2014, and recorded in Deed Book 1881, pages 103-104, Office of Clerk of Superior Court, Gilmer County, Georgia.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 30th day of September, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 15 North Avenue, Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
