NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM To: ADAM TEAGUE APPALACHAIN COMMUNITY BANK COMMUNITY & SOUTHERN BANK CRE/ADC VENTURE 2012-1, LLC. COHUTTA BANKING COMPANY a division of SYNOVUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE of the NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION Other unknown parties with a legal interest. Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 39, 11th District, 2nd Section of Gilmer County, Georgia, consisting of 1.28 acres, more or less and being Lot 12, of Roosevelt Valley, as shown on plat dated October 15, 1986. Said plat by N.B. DeLoach, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor, is recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 299, Gilmer County Records, with reference made thereto for the purpose of incorporating same. Also included are water rights to the overflow of the spring on Lot 31 of Roosevelt Valley. The above-described property is conveyed subject to the following restrictions: (1) no more than one mobile home per lot; (2) no obnoxious business such as junkyard, etc. The above-described tract is a portion of that which was conveyed by Warranty Deed dated April 30, R1987 from Homer D. Farist to William Thompson, as recorded in Deed Book 202, Page 2, Gilmer County Records.
