CLASS:013 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by Holloway & Carr Properties requesting the following variances Article 23 Front Setback Reduction of 22' 10” Article 26 Section 8 – Amendment of Condition #11 former Petition 020-05 Said property is located at 1840 SR 154, Sharpsburg, Georgia. The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2015 - 6:00 P.M. at the Asa M. Powell Sr Expo Center, 197 Temple Ave, Newnan GA. Copies of the proposed request may be obtained at the Coweta County Planning Department, 22 E Broad St. Newnan, Georgia between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 67 of the Sixth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, containing 2.16± acres and being in more particularly identified on the plat of property dated 09/27/74 prepared by McClain Surveying, Inc, said plat of record in Plat Book 75, Page 240, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract herein conveyed.
